Your purchase is subject to the TEMPRASTONES / Aurox GmbH terms and conditions as of the date of your purchase.

Shipping is available EU wide.

TEMPRASTONES and EYESTONES are non-returnable if seal broken and/or package is opened.

In the EU, for any reason you might not be happy with your purchase from TEMPRASTONES, you may return the product in un-opened to us within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Products returned or exchanged must be unopened in their original packaging, and in unused condition. This includes original packaging and critically, the seal untouched. The original invoice and or packing slip must be provided with any return.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you accordingly.

International orders outside of the EU are final and not elligable for returns.
